Soya texture (55%) (water, SOY protein, corn starch, WHEAT gluten), vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed in varying proportions), SOY protein, chickpeas, methyl cellulose, citrus fibre, Eucheuma seaweed, natural flavouring, yeast extract, tapioca starch, spirit vinegar, salt, dextrose, flavouring, vitamin B12.
Place the pan on medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil and fry the fillets for 3-4minutes oneach side until golden brown.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the fillets in a greased oven-proof dish, pour over a sauce or marinade of your choice, and cook for 20 minutes.
Set the air-fryer to 200°C and cook for 7-8 minutes. Place the fillets in the air fryer, close it, and press start.
Place the fillets on a hot grill and cook for 4–6 minutes on each side for even colouring. The fillets can be cooked plain or marinated in sauce.
